| ลักษณะโครงสร้างของผลิตภัณฑ์
โครงสร้างหลักๆ เป็นดังนี้ |

ยาง (ELASTOMER): เป็นส่วนประกอบที่ถูกเลือกใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพการใช้งาน
TOS ได้คัดเลือกใช้ยาง/วัสดุต่างๆ เช่น NR,
NBR, EPDM, ACM, HNBR, SILICONE, VITON, PTFE
ฯลฯ
2. เหล็ก(METAL CASE) : เป็นส่วนประกอบที่เป็นโครงสร้างที่สำคัญโดยนำมาอัดขึ้นรูปพร้อมยางด้วยความร้อน
ทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์มีความแข็งแรงและสามารถติดตั้งได้ง่าย
3. สปริง (SPRING) : ทำหน้าที่ช่วยให้แรงกดกันรั่วระหว่างปากซิล
(lip) และเพลาให้คงที่ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการใช้งาน |

Elastomer : It is a component that varies

a wide range of
materials is available for use to meet the
different requirements such as NR, NBR, EPDM,
ACM, HNBR, SILICONE,
VITON, PTFE, etc.
2) Metal Case : It is another important component
which is moulded at specified temperature
according to its
form with rubber. This would make stronger
cases and be easier for installation.
3) Spring : It helps the internal edge of
the seal (LIP) fit properly with the axis
when it is activated. |
